About Jess & Becky
Jessica Massa graduated Magna Cum Laude with Highest Honors from Harvard University in 2005 with a B.A. in Psychology and a citation in French. After conducting fieldwork in Social Psychology involving over 500 participants, she spent her first few years out of college (when not traveling the world) as a New York City 20-something working in the music industry, where she held positions in radio at Interscope Records and PR and new business development at boutique firm Press Here.
Ever the avid psychologist, Jessica has always had an uncanny knack for counseling her friends and family in the ways of love. Her work and opinions have been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Jezebel, Sirens Magazine, CNN.com, the UK’s Glamour.com, The Daily Beast and weekly in her Huffington Post column.
Jessica’s first book, The Gaggle: How the Guys You Know Will Help You Find the Love Your Want, explores modern romance, drawing on the 100+ interviews she is conducting with young women and men all over the United States.
In her spare time (and on this website!), Jessica runs damage control on business partner and best friend Rebecca Wiegand’s f*cked up love life.
Rebecca Wiegand has worked in New York media for the past six years. She worked in publicity at W. W. Norton & Company, as a research assistant to journalist/novelist, and subsequently in development and book adaptation at the film studio, New Line Cinema.
Rebecca graduated with a B.A. in Humanities from Yale, where she conducted independent research on medieval art and queenship under the tutelage of Professor Paul Freedman, for which she received two fellowships. She is also an avid musician. Rebecca lives in Brooklyn with her German Shepherd mutt, Bear Tennessee, six blocks away from Jessica.

In April 2010, Jessica and Rebecca co-founded J&R Creative Media, LLC in order to develop WTF?! as well as other transmedia projects.

An accomplished and innovative graphic artist, Jessica West brings vivid design sensibility and tech geek savvy to WTF?!. She has a Bachelors in Marketing from Roger Williams University, studied Graphic Design at RISD and she is currently getting her MFA in Graphic Illustration & Web Development from the Academy of Art University.
West is passionate about philanthropy and education and is currently working with The Orphaned Starfish Foundation to build computer centers in Orphanages throughout Latin America and Africa. West is a partner in UNIPHI GOOD, an organization that collaborates with people, organizations and artists who strive to make the world a better place.
